Set 60130, Prison Island, depicts an island prison within the LEGO City Police theme. Released in 2016, it contains 754 pieces and focuses on police officers, inmates and the supervision of a separated detention setting.

Within LEGO City, Prison Island moves the police setting away from ordinary streets and stations. The model represents a prison placed on an island, giving the theme a contained location for custody, security and escape stories. It belongs to the City, Police theme path and is not tied to an external licence.

The set is built from 754 pieces and includes 8 minifigures. The police side features a policeman with a dark bluish gray vest, a policewoman in a bright light blue jacket, a bearded policeman in a bright light blue jacket and a policeman with a white helmet and visor. The criminal side includes Simon Sin, Carl Cold, a woman criminal in an open black jacket and a bearded criminal with a black hat. Printed torsos, headgear and hair pieces make the roles easy to tell apart.

Prison Island suits story-based play built around guarding prisoners, transfers and attempted escapes. It can also serve as a display element in a LEGO City layout, especially beside other Police sets. Compared with police stations or patrol vehicles, it provides a fixed detention destination and adds a more isolated setting to the same theme.
