The lineup includes a policeman with a dark blue jacket with pockets and badge, a white helmet with visor, a criminal in a black striped top with rope, dark bluish gray hat and stubble, and several policemen wearing dark bluish gray vests with radio, badge and pouches over medium blue shirts. Another criminal has a black striped top, black hair and a black eyemask.

It is suited to play scenes involving investigation, pursuit and arrest, while also working as a museum setting within a LEGO City layout. Among City Police sets, its point of difference is the cultural building used as the crime scene, rather than a more general street incident.
